This policy explains what data secondinterface.com (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Email address — required to sign in and to associate your purchase with your account.
• Drafts and screenshots — when signed in, the editor autosaves your work (image and settings) so you can resume on other devices.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. We store Stripe's customer and transaction IDs to attribute payment status to your account.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, and request metadata, retained only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To authenticate you via one-time email codes.
• To store and sync your drafts across devices.
• To process payments and apply Pro entitlements.
• To diagnose bugs and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your draft images for training or marketing. We do not share your data with third parties except the processors below.

3. Processors

• Cloudflare — hosts the app, the database, and the stored images. Also sends our email.
• Stripe — processes payments.

4. Cookies

We use one cookie, si_session, to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=None. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Retention

• Account and drafts: until you delete them or your account.
• Payment records: as long as required by law (typically 7 years).
• Logs and rate-limit data: typically 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@secondinterface.com. If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) apply.

7. Children

secondinterface is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
