secondinterface Pro is a digital product. Once you've purchased and used Pro features, all sales are final.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under applicable consumer protection law — unless you waived that right by beginning to use Pro features before the 14 days elapsed.

Discretionary refunds

If something went genuinely wrong (double charge, service outage at the time of purchase, etc.), email support@secondinterface.com and we'll review case by case.
