These terms govern your use of secondinterface.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

secondinterface is a web tool for styling and exporting screenshots. Free tier features are available without payment. The “Pro” tier is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full feature set.

2. Accounts

You may use secondinterface anonymously, but signing in is required to save drafts across devices and to purchase Pro. We use email-based one-time codes; you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Payment

Pro is a one-time payment of $19 USD (subject to promotional discounts, if any). Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro grants lifetime access to current Pro features. We may add features over time; new paid tiers, if any, may require additional payment.

4. Refunds

Pro is a digital product. All sales are final once Pro features have been used. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law, waivable by beginning to use Pro features. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any specific level. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or other disruptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; for paid users, we will refund the unused portion of the purchase pro rata where reasonable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
